Shipping
Free shipping to all 50 US states. Bikes arrive within 5–10 business days. We ship by freight carrier — once your order is on its way, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window. Accessories ship separately within 2 business days.
Returns
60-day returns on every bike. The bike must be in original, unmodified condition. Buyer pays return freight shipping. Once we receive and inspect the bike, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Warranty
2-year manufacturer warranty on all Sur-Ron bikes, covering motor, battery and drivetrain defects. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through eBikeBeast — email us and we'll take care of it.
