How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 8–12 weeks. Our bikes ship directly from the manufacturer via ocean freight, then clear US customs before final delivery to your door. We'll provide tracking once your order ships.
Why does it take that long?
We ship genuine bikes direct from the factory rather than holding expensive local inventory — that's how we keep prices well below dealer markup. The trade-off is a longer wait, but you save thousands.
Do the bikes require assembly?
Yes. Bikes arrive in secure factory packaging and usually require under or around an hour of basic assembly (handlebars, front wheel, mirrors). Tools and instructions are included.

What about customs and import fees?
